"Great accommodation near the former Porte Buci. A street full of nightlife with many restaurants, cafes, pasteries, all a few steps from the door of the house. Still, at night, quiet in a spacious room with a historic beamed ceiling located on the first floor. You can walk everywhere on your own feet, including the Arc de Triomphe or the Eiffel Tower, museums (Orsay, Louvre), parcs (we love Jardin du Luxembourg), Magots, etc., etc. We used the transport (metro) only when traveling from/to Orly airport."

"The internal shutters open on their own, I had to barricade them with folding chairs, to prevent light from the street from shining in, I recommend adjusting them. In the same way, replace shabby bed bases that spoil the overall impression. Now I'm unsuccessfully coming up with another criticism so that I don't over-hype them and they don't charge too much on my next visit :-D"

"Fantastic location to go anywhere in Paris as 2 lines of Metro and 2 RER can be used. The room is clean, all the facilities (such as the kitchen, bathroom) looked like brand-new, and equipped with all what we need."

"The host did not respond our inquiry in a timely manner, so made us nervous (especially before the check-in). Some of the questions we asked regarding the facility have never been replied during our stay, so might need some improvement for the communication."

"The location was perfect, full of nice small good restaurants around and we walk to Paris main attractions and neighborhoods. The studio is relatively large so you don’t feel claustrophobic. When the windows are closed it’s very quiet even though you’re on a busy street"

"We stayed for a month and there were a few very hot days in Paris and the apartment doesn’t have A/C so it was very hot inside as well. I suggest they install a ceiling fan or provide a larger silent fan. I also suggest they provide some basic stuff such as soap at check in time."

"Location, location, location!! I could easily walk to the Seine, to Notre Dame to St Michel, to st Germaine and all of the great brasseries and patisseries! The perfect metro stop was right there. The studio was a perfect size and very comfortable!! Just one flight up."

"There was no soap or shampoo in the bathroom. Luckily we brought some. The man who let us in was very quick, in and out, and im not sure we understood everything he told us about the garbage and the recycling. But we figured it out, and we figured out the metro. The light in the hall turned off on us once and we had to find a way to reach the light switch in the dark."
